Before You Sit
How do I book a session?+
Reach out by phone, email, or the inquiry form. We will walk you through availability, sitting types, and any special requests before confirming your date.
Do you accept walk-ins?+
Yes — walk-ins are welcome for portraits, passport photos, and quick sittings during studio hours. Larger family sessions and newborn sittings are by appointment so we can give them our full attention.
What should we wear?+
We provide a complimentary wardrobe consultation after booking. As a rule, soft solid colors and natural fabrics photograph beautifully; we'll guide you on coordinating outfits for families and couples.
How long until we see our portraits?+
Hand-retouched digital proofs are delivered within two weeks of your sitting. Archival prints, albums, and framed pieces typically ship within three to four weeks of your selections.
Do you photograph outside the studio?+
Yes. While most of our work happens in our Chicago Ridge studio, we also accept on-location bookings for milestone events, outdoor family sessions, and corporate headshots.
